Confirmation of accepting application, claim for participation fee, detailed information about the venue and programs will be sent. The assortment of menus on the ball will be sent by e-mail. Catering and buffet service, entertainment programs and accommodation will be invoiced as indirect service. Cancellation is accepted only in written form until 5th June 2009 the latest.
